President
This project was born out of the pain suffered by the loss of our son, a U.S. Marine, due to suicide. No one should go through this pain at the hands of PTSD. I will grow this corporation for many years to come to help as many post-military and their families in our local area.
Secretary
Hoping that we can make a difference for post-military PTSD families through this tragic event. We will always love you, Zachary.

Born and raised in Brevard County, this is where I chose to raise my family. I have always felt it is important to be active in the community in which we live and we should be responsible citizens. I have the utmost respect for the men and women who serve our country and it is my hope that by being part of this foundation, I can help with giving back to those who sacrifice so much to protect us all. We owe them so much gratitude and thanks.

Paul D. Hope, a Brevard County resident since 2004, has served as a licensed funeral director since 2017 and Location Manager of three Dignity Memorial Funeral Homes in the local area. Paul’s work leaves an indelible impact in the community, especially through his work with various civilian veterans' organizations. His profound commitment is evident in his compassionate approach when laying veterans to rest, ensuring their dignity and honor are preserved. Paul's commitment to community service is the reason he was asked to be an integral part of The Zachary M. Martin Memorial Run/Walk Board of Directors. His insights, drawn from these genuine interactions, will prove invaluable to the non-profit’s mission to spread awareness about soldier suicide and prevention. Beyond his professional endeavors, Paul finds solace in playing the guitar and supporting his son in swim competitions. These personal pursuits serve as a testament to his balanced approach to life and further enrich the diverse perspectives he brings to the organization.
